Jecimwa Solutions Return & Exchange Policy


At Jecimwa Solutions, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Personal care appliances (e.g., shavers, grooming kits) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

  • Clearance/discounted items marked as Final Sale.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (that is cash,mobile money, bank transfer).

    5. Return Process

    • Contact our customer service team via 0752406475 within 7 days of delivery.

    • Share order details, photos of the item (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.

    • We will guide you on how to return or exchange the product.

    6. Delivery & Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item sent, Jecimwa Solutions covers the return shipping.
    • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer will bear the return delivery cost.
